Topic may have index words, which will appear in final result as the index. They are useful for quick finding desired information. Index words can be primary or secondary. Primary index word may have many secondary index words. Add topic index words is possible via topic popup menu.
Follow this steps:
- Open an existing project with book and at least one chapter and topic, or create a new one.
- Click on the topic and then click right mouse button. Popup menu appears. Select Index item.
- Topic Index Words window will appear (see figure bellow).
- Click right mouse button anywhere. Popup menu with Insert Primary Index item will appear. Click item. New index word has been added to list, now edit it's text.
- Click right mouse button on existing primary or secondary index. Popup menu will appear. Click item Insert Primary Index for inserting new primary index word. Click item Insert Secondary Index for inserting secondary idex word into the current primary index word. Click item Remove to delete primary/secondary index word.
- To edit an index word text, click two times on it.
- Repeat steps 4., 5. and 6.
- Click OK button.
Now, the topic index words has been inserted or changed successfully.
