Anchor is used to point to exact place in the topic and it's purpose is to be refered by a link. To insert anchor or change existing anchor properties, click Anchor on the Element toolbar.

Anchor will appear in the topic text with highlighted background (you can set the color, see “3.4.9. Settings“). Anchor description is what will be displayed as a link description of link refering to this anchor, so change it to correct description. Anchor itself is non-visual element and will not appear in the output, so do not use it as a header of a paragraph.

To remove anchor right click on it and select Delete from popup menu or completly delete anchor description from the text.
