4.2. Project is already in use

When I try to open project, message box appears: "Project is already in use and can not be opened!". What to do?

It means, that your project is already opened by another Helptrix application. If you are sure that it is not, it means, that Helptrix Author was closed improperly while this project was opened. You have to remove read-only flag from project file manually.

Removing read-only flag manually (shown on figure bellow):

  1. Open folder with project file.
  2. Right click on project file, popup menu is displayed.
  3. From popup menu choose item Properties, file properties window is displayed.
  4. At the bottom of properties window uncheck Read-only check box
  5. Click OK button
